Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Response in Roseville, CA. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include site-specific security procedures, responding to incidents, and patrolling premises. Minimum 2 years of security experience with a valid driver's license is required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Response in ROSEVILLE, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailers, parking areas, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report security‑related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
