Job summary

Allied Universal in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver to protect facilities and support a safe, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. The role combines customer service with disciplined security patrols at a fast-paced logistics site.

You’ll conduct patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and prepare clear reports. A valid driver’s license and at least two years of security experience are required; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, building exteriors, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift pass-down information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
