You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and promptly reporting concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, perimeter areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents, access activity, and observations accurately; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
