Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain records.
• Coordinate arrival and departure of delivery drivers and carriers in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, notifying site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM; Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Coordinate the arrival and departure of delivery drivers and carriers in accordance with site procedures, directing authorized personnel to designated areas as applicable.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
