Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Credentialing Associate in Orlando, FL. You will support access control at a logistics and distribution site, verify badges, and provide friendly service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

You will help maintain a secure environment, document incidents, and participate in patrols of key areas while upholding our safety standards and customer service values.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers through site access control and security policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor/driver records, and direct authorized personnel.
• Assist with managing vehicle and trailer access, documenting arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, shipping/receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.

As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying badges and visitor access, monitoring activity, and documenting security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.86 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, security‑related policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Assist with managing vehicle and trailer access, including documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and report security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
