• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Control entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles per facility procedures, including screening and documenting access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly; notify site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report security concerns.

Pay Rate: $17.66 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorized entry, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Control entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with facility procedures, including screening and documenting access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
