Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by implementing site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned access areas and report unusual conditions to deter unauthorized entry.
• Follow facility hygiene, PPE, and restricted-area protocols while performing duties.

Pay Rate: $17.66 / Hour

Job Schedule: Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access areas, business facilities, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions.
• Follow food facility hygiene, personal protective equipment, and restricted‑area protocols while performing security‑related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
