As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting activities as required.
• Support a professional environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location through clear communication, accurate reporting, and customer-focused assistance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
