Allied Universal in Greenville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Armed Security Officer to protect facilities at an aerospace/defense location. You will perform armed patrols, monitor access, verify badges, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule (DayTime 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Monday and Tuesday) with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Three or more years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Security training programs required.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Have three or more years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
