Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part Time Armed Patrol Security Officer in Albany, Oregon. You will safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial locations, monitor access, and perform routine armed patrols with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional communication.

The role supports badge and access-control processes and requires a high school diploma, background check, and armed guard credentials where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, warehouses, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate reports and daily activity logs regarding patrols, incidents, access-control activity, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $27.30 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
