Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol in Duncan, SC. You will monitor and safeguard client sites across manufacturing and industrial locations, providing a visible presence and responsive security services with a focus on customer care.

This role offers flexible day/night shifts, a pay rate of $14.91 per hour, and access to our Claim a Shift platform to pick up additional hours. Training and benefits are provided where applicable, with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements include customer service experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state regulations.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Use computer or tablet systems to document observations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with integrity, teamwork, and care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observed maintenance, facility, or security-related concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
