About Our Property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39‑acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. Essential Functions

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Patrol the resort grounds to ensure the quality and safety of hotel guests and associates.
• Investigate and report all guest and associate complaints, losses, crimes and accidents & incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
• When assigned to dispatch, log in and out keys and radios to associates, maintain an accurate log of department activity, and monitor foot traffic including visitor and package pass procedures.
• Conduct routine lock ups and unlocks of the hotel facilities.
• Assist in the dispatch role as assigned.
• Conduct daily and monthly written safety inspections.
• Monitor traffic control as needed.
• Respond to emergencies in an informed and professional manner.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

What are we looking for?
