Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, log entries, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and escalation procedures in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access points for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles entering and leaving the logistics and distribution location.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, maintain entry and exit logs, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
