Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Greenville, SC. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a visible, reassuring presence.

This role offers a flexible schedule with weekend shifts and opportunities to grow within a leading security company. A high school diploma and the ability to pass background checks are required. Pay is $17.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused office, campus, and/or operational areas, including building perimeters, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
