Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and control entry and exit in accordance with established procedures for a government law enforcement location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports, documenting access activity, observations, and actions taken in accordance with site requirements.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
