You will use computer or tablet systems, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with residents, guests, and team members. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and manage the entry and exit of authorized visitors, residents, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, common spaces, parking locations, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident reports while communicating professionally with residents, guests, and site staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
