Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Tue: 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Wed: 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Thur: 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Fri: 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and vendor entry, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business, perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations, to help identify unauthorized activity and other security-related concerns.
• Observe and report irregular conditions involving employees, visitors, vehicles, shipments, and facility operations while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
