Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, vehicle, and access-control records and communicate with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with residential community procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and access-control records, and communicate relevant information to authorized site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
