Job summary

Bally's in Stateline, Nevada is seeking a Security Officer to enforce all policies, monitor the fire alarm system, investigate incidents, and provide assistance to guests and Team Members. Casino Patrol duties include handling cage-to-table monetary transactions, distributing cash boxes, escorting for drops, and maintaining a visible security presence on the gaming floor.

Requirements: High School or better; six months of security experience preferred; must obtain and maintain required Gaming

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Six months of relevant security experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain Gaming card(s) and/or required license(s).
• Regular scheduled attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all company policies, procedures rules and guidelines.
• Monitors EAS fire alarm system and responds to assignments.
• Conducts investigations and generates reports on incidents.
• Provides assistance and information to guests and Team Members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Security Supervisor.
• Handles monetary transactions between Cage and Gaming Tables when in Casino Patrol.
• Provides escort for slot drop and related tasks as needed.
• Maintains a visible command presence on the Gaming floor (Casino Patrol).

• Conducts investigations into and generates reports on any crime or other incidents or accidents occurring within the resort property.
• Provides assistance, information and service to guests and Team Members.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.
• Must be able to wear a mask while on duty.

If working Casino Patrol:

• Handles all monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with Gaming regulations, and as requested by Management.
• Distributes Gaming table cash boxes and handle box pulls for count team.
• Provides escort for slot drop, stand-bys, etc. as needed.
• Provides a visible command presence on the Gaming floor

Target Salary Range:

• $18.00 per hour
