Job summary

OPS Security Group is hiring Security Officers for assignments in New Castle, DE. We are seeking dependable and professional officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing strong customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring access control, patrolling, responding to incidents, completing logs, and maintaining a professional presence with clients and staff. A valid guard card, license, background check, and GED are required; growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Active Guard Card required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Prior security experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and perform ingress/egress procedures.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems.
• Maintain a professional presence with clients, guests, and staff.
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally.
