Job summary

OPS Security Group is hiring Armed Security Officers for assignments in New Castle, DE. We require an active Delaware Red Card and a professional, dependable officer who can maintain a safe environment while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring access control, patrols, incident response, logs, CCTV, and de-escalation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Red Card (Armed License) required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Prior security experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and perform ingress/egress procedures
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Monitor CCTV systems
• Maintain a professional presence with clients, guests, and staff
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally
