Allied Universal in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to monitor and safeguard client sites, delivering reliable service with a visible security presence.

In this unarmed patrol role you will manage access points, perform routine and random patrols of warehouses and parking areas, respond to incidents, document events, and communicate with site leadership. Minimum 1 year security experience; 18+; background check and drug screen required; driving license for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants may undergo a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics facility.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing incoming and outgoing personnel, visitors, and vehicles and verifying authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
