Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for weekends in Neenah, WI. You will provide courteous security services, patrol duties, and assist employees and visitors at a manufacturing/industrial site.

Build a flexible schedule using our Shift platform and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify adherence to site entry/exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and involve site personnel or responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security concerns per Allied Universal procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and verify adherence to site entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
