Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Overnight Rover Security Officer in Tempe, AZ, to protect clients across healthcare locations and other facilities. You will patrol, monitor access points, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a calm and capable presence during shifts.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, documenting activities, and following site procedures to deter security risks. Prior experience and proper certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in required logs and reports.

As a Security Officer - Overnight Rover in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
