Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for overnight property patrols in Wittmann, AZ.

You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor alarms, assist with access control, and provide high-quality customer service to protect client sites in a technology-focused location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow site policies and emergency procedures at a technology/telecom research location.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, trained reporting and escalation.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, research areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials while tracking personnel and vehicle movement.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer - Overnight Property Roverin Wittmann, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology-focused location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm systems, and respond to evolving site needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications research location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, research areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of personnel and vehicle movement throughout the location.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
