Job summary

Prosegur, Milwaukee, WI, seeks an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. You will perform general security duties, patrols, and interact professionally with clients and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass training. Strong English communication, reliable driving record, and a WI Security License are essential. Benefits are offered and the position includes 3rd shift and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to pass all necessary training.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Active WI Security License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
