Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries calmly and professionally, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of government buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Complete incident reports and logs as required.
