Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, a distinctive new property designed to deliver immersive guest experiences within a Midwestern hospitality frame. The Security Officer role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment by patrolling the grounds and coordinating with teams to prevent incidents and resolve emergencies.

You will be part of a one-of-a-kind launch, joining a hands-on, people-first culture that emphasizes service, integrity, and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and parking areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activity, safety hazards, and security risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems, fire panels, and alarm systems; respond immediately to irregularities or emergencies.
• Greet and assist guests, curators, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining confidentiality and composure.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, disturbances, and guest or curator concerns, following established safety and incident response procedures.
• Complete detailed incident and shift reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Enforce resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with management and local authorities as needed in emergency or investigation situations.
• Conduct key control and property access audits.
• Support lost and found procedures and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing safety and emergency response
