Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer for the Dellshire Resort on the opening spring 2026 timeline. You will patrol grounds, monitor systems, assist guests, and enforce safety policies to protect property and guests in a unique pre-opening environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, security/military background, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid/AED or ability to obtain within 90 days is required; travel and shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred; hospitality environment experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and parking areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activity and safety hazards.
• Monitor surveillance systems, fire panels, and alarm systems; respond to irregularities or emergencies.
• Greet and assist guests, curators, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to medical emergencies, disturbances, and guest or curator concerns per safety procedures.
• Complete detailed incident and shift reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Enforce resort policies and safety regulations fairly and consistently.
• Collaborate with management and local authorities in emergencies or investigations.
• Conduct key control and property access audits.
• Support lost and found procedures and proper documentation.
• Participate in ongoing safety and emergency response training.
