Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Credentialing Operations in Gaffney, SC. This full-time role safeguards clients, manages access points, verifies credentials, and supports a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers.

You will provide excellent service, monitor entry points, log activity, and calmly respond to incidents. Schedule is 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with a pay rate of $16.56/hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per applicable laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify credentials and visitor/driver documentation.
• Control access for personnel and vehicles; maintain logs of visitors, drivers, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, loading zones, and perimeter areas.

Pay Rate: $16.56 / Hour

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, transportation location policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for a transportation and logistics location; verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery or pickup documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Control access for personnel, contractors, and commercial vehicle traffic; maintain accurate visitor, driver, and vehicle logs as required.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
