As a Security Officer Mobile Site Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
