Allied Universal in San Diego, CA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and the ability to work a part-time schedule on site. Training and career growth opportunities are provided by Allied Universal.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, or maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete incident reports according to site procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and first responders, and support orderly operations during emergencies and/or evacuations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
