Job Description

As a Security Officer Licensed Mobile Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for travelers and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout airport facilities, terminal areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• A primarily driving post is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
