Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Fort Worth, TX to serve and safeguard clients across industries. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to alarms while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including production, warehouse, loading, parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms as needed. What You'll Do

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including production, warehouse, loading, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
