• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports, and shift logs for Allied Universal leadership.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; provide directions and assistance to visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
