Allied Universal, Woonsocket, RI, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Lobby Credentialing to provide front-desk security and guest services at a healthcare location. You will manage access, greet visitors, verify credentials, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a healthcare front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff; verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials; and direct individuals to appropriate departments or services.
• Monitor entry activity, reception-area conditions, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services or site leadership when directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and incident documentation while protecting confidential patient and business information.
