Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Access in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves welcoming visitors, enforcing access control, monitoring security systems, and supporting loss prevention in a dynamic corporate environment.

As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and help maintain a secure, professional atmosphere at the site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, managing visitor access, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from a stationary post; promptly report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
