As a Security Officer – Concierge, your role focuses heavily on customer service, working with people across shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Set schedule: We offer 3 shifts:
• Part-time, Thursday and Friday, 2nd shift 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Part-time, Weekdays and Weekends, 1st and 3rd shifts - must have open availability to cover call-offs.
• Part-time, Weekdays and Weekends, 2nd and 3rd shifts - must have open availability to cover call-offs.
• Competitive hourly wage of $21 / hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols, identify risks
• Inspect and report security equipment needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports, communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Security experience preferred
• TWIC certification or willingness to obtain
• State license if required
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
