Job summary

Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast is seeking a security team member to enforce gaming laws, safeguard guests and assets, and maintain a safe environment across the property.

You will monitor entrances, perform escorts, manage crowd control, and coordinate with multiple departments. Candidates must be 21+, obtain a Gaming Permit, and complete ServSafe Alcohol training. The role is on-site in a fast-paced entertainment setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma with 1–3 months of related experience.
• Ability to handle emergencies and high-stress situations.
• Ability to work long hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must obtain Gaming Permit and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of and enforce all gaming laws and regulations.
• Maintain a security booth and complete records in shift log.
• Safeguard assets and provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Perform chip/credit transactions and verify amounts per guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Security leadership.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude on entry and exit.
• Conduct walking and driving escorts as assigned.
• Roam the parking lot as needed.
• Address guest needs per policy and escalate issues as needed.
• Report illnesses/injuries to Security and provide basic first aid as needed.
• Maintain crowd control and escalate safety concerns.
