In this position, your ability to build meaningful connections is essential. Share how your natural engagement with others can reassure and inspire confidence.

This role emphasizes customer service, as you will be interacting with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Set schedule: Part Time: Thursday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.50/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols and identifying risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency services
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Prior hotel, concierge, or front desk experience is a plus
