You will screen individuals, provide clear communication and exceptional customer service, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting a welcoming healthcare environment.
• Screen individuals entering the facility in accordance with established access, visitor management, and health screening procedures.
• Verify visitor authorization, provide directions, and communicate applicable entry requirements in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents, screening concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific protocols.
• Maintain accurate screening-related records and report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
