Allied Universal in Memphis, TN is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Driver to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors. The role involves unarmed patrols, access control, and responding to incidents in a healthcare setting.

The position includes daytime and overnight shifts, a strong emphasis on customer service, and compliance with hospital vaccination and licensing requirements. A valid driver’s license is necessary for driving duties; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing directions and assistance while reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting security-related needs with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

What You'll Do:
