As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative approach.

Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and medical facility requests in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate hospital personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned healthcare areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site‑specific policies, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patient care.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
