• Background investigation as per laws.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply in some locations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
