Qualifications

• Strong team mentality with a positive, professional attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Prior security or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers
• Welcome guests with professionalism and positive energy to enhance overall guest experience and encourage repeat business
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned post rotations
• Enforce venue policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently and respectfully
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally when necessary
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities
• Must present a polished, professional and well-groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming and approachable demeanor.
• Asset protection including but not limited to monitoring our guests and staff, company
• Property and safeguarding our brand and reputation at all times.
• Incident report writing with a focus on detailed clarity, accuracy and professionalism
