Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Safety & Security Supervisor for the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, FL. The role directs daily safety operations, mans patrols, and enforces hotel rules while protecting guests and staff.

The position requires a High School diploma, at least one year in a hotel setting, supervisory experience preferred, and strong communication skills. OSHA knowledge and ability to handle emergencies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations/procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise security staff.
• Assign shifts and designate duties.
• Conduct training for the security staff.
• Supervise investigations.
• Arrange and implement procedures for emergency situations.
• Provide escorts to guests and employees as necessary.
• Respond to all types of alarms.
• Investigate thefts and security incidents.
