Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only (where applicable).

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed X Ray Screening Patrol in Fresno, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $17.26 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout technology-focused facilities, including office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security license, preferred.
• Have X-ray screening experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
