Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer X Ray Screening in Republic, MO to provide customer-focused security services at a technology-focused location. Your role includes patrolling, maintaining a visible security presence, and ensuring adherence to site procedures while supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and escalation protocols.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation; communicate observations and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.19 / Hour
