Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed X Ray Screening in Phoenix, AZ. You will serve and safeguard clients across various sectors, patrol facilities, monitor access, and report security concerns. Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $20.73 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime shifts across multiple nights and days.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology workplace.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
