Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Chesapeake, VA. You will perform unarmed patrols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, deter incidents, and assist with access control while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is full-time with a daytime/night schedule, and pays $19.00 per hour. Allied Universal emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture as part of ongoing security operations.

Qualificações

• CPR certification preferred.
• A current guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and document actions taken.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Chesapeake, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.


• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and documenting actions taken.


• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic client environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.


• A current guard card or license is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
